Students write their names in large block letters and fill each letter with colors, patterns, symbols or small drawings that represent them. They may include favorite foods, places, traditions, hobbies, family memories or colors that feel meaningful.
After completing the mosaics, students share one design choice with a partner. Display the mosaics together to show that every name adds beauty to the classroom community.
